Seven disciplines, seven builds. The problem, what I built, and why.
Coaching platform with course subscriptions & admin CMS
The problem. A coaching business needed to sell a course and recurring subscription online, with no way to gate video content or process payments automatically.
The outcome. Replaced a fully manual enrollment and delivery process with self-serve checkout, automatic enrollment, and gated content access: zero manual intervention required per sale. Gave a non-technical business owner an admin CMS to run courses, blog content, and leads without engineering involvement. ~2 months on the backend/admin phase, following an initial design phase.
AI Visibility Audit Tool
The problem. Existing AI visibility tools only report whether a business shows up when people ask ChatGPT or Claude, they don't fix the underlying reasons it doesn't.
The outcome. Shipped a working six-stage pipeline solo in about 3.5 weeks, running a full multi-provider audit with live web search for well under $5 in incremental API cost. Replaces what would otherwise be a fully manual process (typing the same questions into four different chat apps by hand) with an automated, repeatable, versioned audit that ships the actual fix, not just the diagnosis.
Fixing a real-time data pipeline for a trading platform
The problem. Dropping a trading platform's data refresh from 10 minutes to 1 exposed a hidden bottleneck: the UI blocked instead of showing the last good state.
The outcome. Response time improved by close to 90%, down to just the time needed for actual processing, and users stopped hitting the loading-state block entirely. Still running on that setup today.
Making a client-side rendered SPA discoverable by Google
The problem. At Hemavi, a matchmaking platform's listing pages were client-side-rendered, so crawlers saw an empty shell and pages weren't showing up in Google search.
The outcome. Indexing took a few weeks to show up, as expected since SEO isn’t instant. Within a month, organic traffic to those pages was up 80%.
Business directory platform for local SMBs
The problem. Local businesses had no self-service way to get discovered online: no platform let them list services and photos, or be found by category or city.
The outcome. Shipped and running in production. ~4.5 months, solo build.
Consumer fintech platform for gold & silver micro-investing
The problem. Buying digital gold or silver compliantly means identity verification, payment collection, and live bullion-trading all working together by default.
The outcome. A complete, compliant buy/sell journey delivered end to end. ~9 months, solo build.
Leading technical delivery across client engagements
The problem. A growing team needed consistent architecture, code quality, and delivery standards across concurrent client engagements without slowing delivery down.
The outcome. Turned ad hoc delivery into a repeatable practice: a formal audit playbook, standardized bi-weekly health reporting, and a competency-based review process now run across every concurrent engagement, on top of a 15% faster feature delivery and measurably more consistent architecture and code quality from the standardization work. Ongoing since Apr 2025.
